The biggest feature of Ono's new specialty, the soy sauce katsudon, is that it uses soy sauce-based sauce and is served with plenty of vegetables.
This is our most recommended menu created in collaboration with the president of a local soy sauce manufacturer. A generous amount of cabbage is placed on top of the rice and tonkatsu is added on top of it, and grated daikon leaves and green onions are added to the top of the cutlet, making it easier to eat than sauce katsudon, so it's popular among women and the elderly.
The way to eat soy sauce katsudon is to pour warm soy sauce on yourself just before eating. Be sure to try it directly at the store!
