About Noto-don
Noto don is a local gourmet bowl served in the Okunoto district of Ishikawa Prefecture. The ingredients are defined using Koshihikari from Oku-Noto, using Oku-Noto water, seasonal seafood taken locally as the main ingredients, meats and vegetables raised in Noto, or traditional local preserved foods.
