Hida Beef
Finely marbled and exceptionally tender, Japan’s top-brand wagyu!
About Hida Beef
Hida Beef (飛騨牛, Hida-gyu) is carefully raised in the lush natural environment of Japan’s Northern Alps region. Its quality owes much to the clear mountain water, rice straw grown with that water, fresh air, temperature fluctuations between day and night, and the devoted care of local farmers.
Renowned for its delicate marbling, tender texture, rich aroma, and the natural sweetness of its red meat, Hida Beef enchants food lovers from all over. Enjoy it grilled as steak or yakiniku, where the fat renders beautifully, or savor it in seasonal sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, cooked lightly to highlight its softness and sweet flavor.
