Powdered seaweed introduction
In the early Showa period, “peach seaweed” was commercialized and sold only locally under the name “powdered seaweed.”
After that, “Japanese seaweed” was certified as an excellent tourist souvenir recommended item in Fukui Prefecture, and is recommended as a local specialty of Fukui Prefecture.
Other ways to eat it are to sprinkle it on hot rice, and when you make rice balls, the scent of the sea wafts through the air.
Also, recently, toppings such as pasta and yakisoba, or the way to eat it by sprinkling it on raw egg rice are popular!
