Mikuni Burger is a specialty hamburger made with local ingredients from Fukui Prefecture.
Minced meat patties made from blocks of beef from Fukui prefecture and domestic pork, three-year shallots from Mikuni, plenty of vegetables, rice bread made by cooking with local rice, etc. were born by “creating a new food brand loved by everyone that makes use of local ingredients.”
They are sold at the popular spot “Mikuni Minatoza” in Kitahoncho, Mikuni Town, which flourished as a port of call for Kitamaebune.
It seems that you can get freshly made juicy hamburgers here, and since they are freshly made after an order is placed, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
