Kagoshima Ramen (鹿児島ラーメン, Kagoshima Ramen) is a pork bone-based ramen featuring a lightly cloudy broth paired with straight noodles.
Unlike the creamy pork bone broths of Kumamoto or Hakata ramen, Kagoshima Ramen takes pride in its unique variations, with each shop offering its own creative twist.
