Ganso Sukiyaki! When you say what's different...
Gyu-abe

About Gyu-abe

The history of gyu-nabe started from the history of Yokohama opening port. It is a hot pot dish where beef and vegetables are stewed in warishitake, similar to sukiyaki, but there seems to be a little difference in its origin. Sukiyaki was born in Kansai, and it is different when you put zarame in a pot and then simmer it. There are several gyu-nabe specialty shops in Yokohama.
