Kamakura Shirasudon introduction
Shirasudon can be enjoyed at shops in Kamakura, Fujisawa, and Chigasaki areas of Kanagawa Prefecture. There are raw shirasu and kamaage whitebait. Simply hang sauce, soy sauce, etc., and eat it. They are also served with condiments such as egg yolks, grated ginger, and chopped green onions and seaweed. There is also a bowl made with raw whitebait and kamaage whitebait in half and half, so you can enjoy both umami.
