About Taimeshi
There are taimeshi in various parts of Japan, but Tanimeshi in Kanagawa is mainly eaten in Odawara and Hakone. You can also enjoy ekiben at Yokohama and Odawara Station. Taimeshi in western Japan is cooked rice style, but in Kanagawa, rice cooked with kelp soup stock is topped with a snapper. The flavor of the sea bream is an appetizing gem.
