Motsunabe introduction

Motsunabe, which is famous as a local dish of Fukuoka, is said to have its roots using aluminum pots (hormone) and leek cooked and eaten with soy sauce flavor. The essential part of Motsunabe is the protagonist after all! Hormones of cattle and pigs are used, but the parts used in the pot vary depending on the shop. The taste also changes depending on freshness and undertreatment. The main thing is to put a Champon ball to tighten it. Of course, there are shops where you can put rice and udon, but we recommend Champon for Motsunabe. The soup with plenty of flavor of Motoyaki and vegetables goes well with Champon balls!
