About Etajima's specialty “soybean udon”

Since ancient times, soybean cultivation was popular in Etajima City because of low rain. The origin of 'soybean udon' was eaten at ceremonial occasions such as handmade udon made with soy soup soup. It is characterized by the rumbling of soybeans in a tasting dashi based on soybeans and kelp. You can enjoy them at “Island Station, Dougashima” and “Fureai Plaza Sakura” in Etajima City.
