Dish bowl introduction

A sashimi, bonito tataki, sushi, and so on, is a gorgeous local dish. It is a local dish of Kochi Prefecture that is always performed in places where large numbers gather, such as banquets and Buddhist events in Kochi. There are no clear rules for serving dishes, but basically it consists of three elements, consisting of sashimi and sushi, plus a combination of fried and simmered foods called 'Kumimono.'
