About Sea bream chazuke ureshino

It is a family dish handed down to Wakaeiya since the Edo period, and it is ochazuke served with fresh sea bream pickled in a family tradition of sesame noodles on hot rice and sprinkled with kitsuki tea. The origin of the name was named because the lord of the Kitsuki Domain was happy to say “happy no” when he ate this ochazuke. There are no recipes left, and the sauce is a secret tradition of one child, and because it is a very simple dish, tradition shines in timing and salted plum.
