Shirokuma Kakigori
If you’re enjoying sweets in Kagoshima, it has to be "Shirokuma"
About Shirokuma Kakigori
Shirokuma Kakigori (白熊かき氷, Shirokuma) is a traditional shaved ice dessert from Kagoshima, topped generously with condensed milk, assorted fruits, and beans.
The creamy milk syrup combined with the refreshing taste of fresh fruits makes it irresistibly delicious. While this sweet treat is now enjoyed all across Japan, you can experience the authentic flavor at its birthplace, "Tenmonkan Mujaki" in Kagoshima.
