Goto Udon
Thin noodles with a firm texture and smooth finish
About Goto Udon
Goto Udon (五島うどん, Goto udon) is recognized as one of Japan’s top three udon varieties, alongside Sanuki and Inaniwa udon.
These thin noodles are surprisingly firm and resilient. A unique characteristic of Goto udon is that they are seasoned and aged with camellia oil, a specialty of the island where they are made.
