Tudzoni introduction
A local dish made around the Shimabara Peninsula, which was the territory of the Shimabara Domain. It is said that during the Shimabara War, the general general of the uprising army Shiro Amakusa kept farmers as mochi and army food, collected various ingredients from the mountains and the sea, cooked zoni, and fought for about three months while taking nutrition.
