Tokushima Burger (とくしまバーガー) is a hamburger crafted using high-quality local ingredients such as Awa beef, Awa chicken, and Naruto sea bream. Only those that meet the local certification standards are awarded the name "Tokushima Burger."
Each restaurant offers its own unique take on this specialty, such as Awa beef patties seasoned with a tangy sudachi citrus salt sauce or premium burgers featuring Awa sudachi chicken breast topped with Tokushima-grown vegetables like lotus root, lettuce, and cucumber.
The Burger Contest held quarterly in Tokushima City attracts both locals and visitors, creating a lively atmosphere where you can enjoy a wide variety of creative and flavorful burgers.
