Matsubara Okoshi
Elegant sweetness and aroma

About Matsubara Okoshi
It is an old-fashioned handmade rice confectionery with plenty of brown sugar sprinkled on the surface of the revitalization, named after “Niji no Matsubara,” one of Japan's top three pine trees, which consists entirely of black pine. It is an irresistible dish for sweet tooth people who can feel the sweetness and flavor of brown sugar firmly. The old-fashioned savory flavor favored by men and women of all ages has been popular as a tea brew or snack.
