YOKOHAMA IKEI Ramen introduction

Its history dates back to 1974 and begins with the opening of Yoshimuraya in Isogo-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The soup is based on a combination of pork bone and soy sauce. The noodles are popular with thick noodles, seaweed, spinach, and char topping. When ordering, you can choose the thickness of the soup, the firmness of the noodles. Now there are many families not only in Kanagawa Prefecture, but all over the world (especially Asia).
