Tamana ramen introduction
Tamana city, where you can overlook the Ariake Sea, north of Kumamoto Prefecture, has been famous as a hot spring town since ancient times, but it is also famous for being the birthplace of Kumamoto ramen. It can be said that the combination of thick pork bone soup based on Kurume ramen, medium thin noodles, tasteful char siu and scorching garlic is the supreme combination.
