About Yokote yakisoba
It is a well-known local gourmet of Yokota, and is counted as one of the three major yakisoba in Japan. The taste is relatively sweet and flavored with Worcestershire sauce with its own soup stock, so it is slightly more water. Cabbage and minced pork are served as ingredients, and some shops contain hormones. The Yokota-style is to eat it while crashing the yolk of soft-boiled and entwined with noodles. It is also characteristic that the garnish is not red ginger but Fukujin-zuke.
