Takasaki Pasta
Did you know? Takasaki is known as the city of pasta!
About Takasaki Pasta
Takasaki Pasta (高崎パスタ, Takasaki pasuta) comes from Gunma Prefecture, a region blessed with long hours of sunlight even in winter and well-draining soil, making it ideal for agriculture. These conditions have helped Gunma become one of Japan's leading wheat producers, fostering a rich "flour culture" that includes udon noodles and pasta.
Takasaki itself boasts approximately 50 Italian restaurants, every one of them proud to serve exceptional pasta dishes. It's truly something to envy!
