Ramen made with Pacific saury has different cooking methods and soup from store to store, and the individuality of each store shines through. You can enjoy the appeal of Pacific saury to the fullest at any store, such as those that make use of Pacific saury stock or those with whole grilled Pacific saury on it. This ramen, which overcame the earthquake and made a comeback, gained popularity again along with regional reconstruction, and is now offered at 7 restaurants in the city.
