About Omi Champon

Since its birth more than half a century ago in our shop, Omi-Champon has been established throughout Shiga Prefecture, mainly in Hikone and has a strong presence called “Soul Food of the People of Shiga”.
The soup is a Japanese-style soy sauce flavored with Kyo-style dashi, and the noodles use Chinese noodles using kansui. I put a lot of ingredients, but only pork and vegetables. The mellow and light, nourishing and gentle soup is uri.
