Fuchu-yaki

The soba is crunchy! Lots of cabbage! Okonomiyaki using minced meat
Hiroshima

Fuchu-yaki introduction

It is an okonomiyaki with soba that uses plenty of minced beef or pork (minced meat) and cabbage without adding bean sprouts, which is said to have been born in Fuchu-shi in the eastern part of Hiroshima prefecture during the period of rapid growth. The flavor of minced meat and cabbage come together, and the inside is fluffy and baked, and the outside is crispy with minced fat. A major feature is that it uses “minced meat (minced meat)” instead of pork ribs, and the fat in the minced meat spreads juicy on a heated iron plate, and the noodles are crispy and deep-fried, giving it a crispy, crispy texture is the biggest attraction. Since the standard bean sprouts are not added, the water content is low and you can enjoy an even more crispy texture.
