HISEI Kakioko introduction

Hinsei Kakioko is a local dish of Okayama Prefecture, and is an okonomiyaki with oysters. Nichi-ku, Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture is known for the best oyster landing in Okayama Prefecture. It is said that fishermen's wives started eating small oysters and damaged oysters in okonomiyaki. Put a heaped shredded cabbage and plenty of oysters on the dough of the tororo and bake it on a hot iron plate. It uses fresh oysters that are caught in Nichinaka, so you can enjoy the texture of prepuri that does not shrink even when baked without excess water.
