Sanuki udon introduction

Sanuki udon is a well-known specialty of Kagawa Prefecture. However, it became a national district around the 1990s, and not so many years later. At that time, an article on Sanuki udon, which was published in Kagawa Prefecture's town information magazine, became a book, and it became a boom in the prefecture. After that, it was transmitted to various parts of the country by word of mouth, and it began to be broadcast on TV, and the name of Sanuki udon becomes a national ward. Today, along with Mizusawa udon in Gunma Prefecture and Inaniwa Udon in Akita Prefecture, it has become known as the three biggest udon in Japan.
