About Omagari curry umamen

Curry umamen is made by putting ramen noodles in a soup made with dried bonito broth and sprinkled with curry on top of it. Curry with pork and onions is hung on it, and fried balls, naruto, and green onions are on it. The taste of memories that once became a boom in the Omagari Ekimae shopping street in the 1980s was “an opportunity for the town to regain vitality.” Volunteers revived it. It has a unique flavor and taste that is different from curry udon and curry ramen.
