Shark fin ramen uses ingredients such as chicken, pork broth, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, scallops, chicken, etc., and carefully selected shark fins processed one by one in a soup finished with oyster sauce by hand. It features a special ankake soup in which collagen from shark fins is melted in.
