Kesennuma Hormone is a pork grilled dish that has been eaten in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. It uses raw pork motu, pickled “white motsu” and “red motsu” together with miso garlic, put Worcestershire sauce on top of shredded cabbage and eaten with hormones. It is “Kesennuma Hormone” that is unbearable in the texture of Pulpur Koricori.
