About Kira Kira Don (Seasonal seafood rice bowl)
Kira Kira Don is a lavish rice bowl filled with plenty of local seafood, sparkling in appearance as well as flavor. Made with seasonal ingredients, the bowls come in four varieties: “Harutsuge” (spring), sea urchin, “Aki Umai” (autumn), and salmon roe. Each restaurant puts its own touch not only on the bowl’s toppings but also on the accompanying small dishes. Kira Kira Don is a delight to look at and to eat.
