About cicilian rice

The cicilian rice is fried meat and vegetables such as tomatoes and lettuce on top of rice and seasoned with mayonnaise. It is a local gourmet served in restaurants and coffee shops in Saga city.
It is said that the birth of cicilian rice dates back to around Showa 50. There is a theory of origin, and some say that it was “Makanai rice in a restaurant.”
