About Wakayama ramen

Utayama ramen, which is one of the most representative flavors of Wakayama, is usually called “Chinese noodles”.
From the characteristics of the soup, it can be classified into three patterns: soy sauce type, pork bone soy sauce system, and its type (chicken gala, seafood).
In both lines, the noodles are straight, slightly tailed noodles, and the ingredients are roasted pork, kamaboko, menma, and green onions, and a simple taste that is suitable for the name “Chinese soba”.
