Kamaage udon introduction

Since the Meiji period, there were many immigrants from Shikoku, so the udon in Shikoku has been transmitted as it is and has undergone its own changes, and “Kamaage udon” became a taste of the region representative of Miyazaki. It is said that it is characterized by a luxuriant soup made from kelp, bonito, iriko, and dried shiitake mushrooms and slightly fine noodles.
