MIWA Somen introduction

Miwa somen is a somen produced in the Miwa region, mainly in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, and is said to be the birthplace of somen in the Miwa region. Made with kneaded noodle making technology, it is thin and features a unique texture and good tongue texture that is firm in the waist and hard to cook. In the summer, it is cold and is eaten all year round with warm noodles in winter.
