Tenri Ramen

About Tenri Ramen
Tenri Ramen (天理ラーメン, Tenri ramen) is a beloved local ramen dish that originated in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture.
This ramen features a soy sauce-based broth made from a rich blend of pork bone and chicken stock. Its spicy and full-bodied flavor is both hearty and satisfying. Toppings often include stir-fried napa cabbage, pork, and garlic chives, adding layers of texture and taste.
Two renowned chains are especially famous for serving this dish: "Tenri Stamina Ramen" (TenSuta) and "Saika." While the former serves its version under the name "TenStamina Ramen," the latter is affectionately known as "Saika Ramen." Both are must-try options for ramen enthusiasts.
