About Wakasa beef

It is the highest grade wagyu certified according to strict standards from Japanese black varieties that farmers have painstakingly raised with deep love under the rich climate of Echizen Wakasa.
Cows have been raised in the Wakasa region since ancient times. It has been edible since the Meiji period.
The nature of cows is temperate. It is a well-qualified Tajima Wagyu. The meat is brightly colored, fine, and tender, and feed specially blended with corn is used to enhance the sweetness of the meat.
It is characterized by its tender meat with fine sashimi, and its sweet, melting texture and refreshing aftertaste are popular.
