About Dago-jiru

“Dago” refers to “dumplings” in the Kumamoto dialect. “Dago-jiru” is a dish in which flour is kneaded into flat dumplings and boiled together with seasonal vegetables and meats such as Chinese cabbage, daikon radish, and carrots to taste with miso and soy sauce.
