“Shishinkbai” was invented by Nariaki to make effective use of the plum that has been fruited in Kairakuen. It is also called “Umebishio” by another name.

Tsukuba, but in fact, edible plum was not circulated very much in the prefecture. However, in recent years, the brand Ume from Ibaraki Prefecture, Hitachi no Ume, has become popular, and plum has become a specialty in terms of food.
