Inaniwa Udon
You’ll be amazed by its delicate texture and exquisite taste!
About Inaniwa Udon
Inaniwa Udon (稲庭うどん, Inaniwa udon) is a dried hand-stretched udon noodle from the southern region of Akita Prefecture. It is recognized as one of Japan's top three udon varieties.
Made using a unique process of twisting and kneading, the noodles develop tiny air pockets, giving them a distinctive texture. From the moment you take a bite, you’ll notice the silky smoothness on your tongue, the subtle chewiness of the flat noodles, and most of all, the satisfying sensation as they glide down your throat. This perfectly balanced texture—described as “slippery yet firm”—is the result of a meticulous and time-honored craft. Indulge in this ultimate culinary delight today!
