About Okinawa zenzai

Kintoki beans and broth boiled in brown sugar are chilled and served in a bowl, and are topped with several pieces of white balls and fluffy oyster ice. In Okinawa, it is said that “summer is always”.
Depending on the shop and menu, Shiratama dumplings may be served. It is quite recently that oyster ice began to ride, and the variant of “amagashi” where you put pressed wheat and shiratama and cool it is said to be “zenzai”.
