About Tottori Kanizushi

Sushi using Tottori's winter taste “crab”. It looks similar to chirashi-zushi, but it does not mix ingredients in rice.
Vinegared rice is a gorgeous feast with yellow tinseng egg and vermilion of crab. It is a feast that was born because it is Japan's largest catch of crab in Tottori.
“Originator of Kanazushi” released by a certain bento company in the prefecture in Showa 27 is said to be the originator of Kanizushi in Japan.
