About Baraki Shiitake
Cultivation of raw trees from Kumamoto Prefecture Shiitake mushrooms are grown by cutting down trees such as oak and other trees by putting seeds into scallops (logs). All you need during cultivation is the nutrients of the raw tree. It is grown using the change of four seasons while gaining the power of the sun, earth, and water in pristine forests. Nature and time bring the shiitake mushrooms thick enough crunchy and unique flavor.
