Tokushima Burger (とくしまバーガー, Tokushima burger) is a specialty hamburger made using renowned ingredients from Tokushima, such as Awa Beef, Awaodori Chicken, and Naruto Sea Bream. Only burgers that meet the criteria set by the local certification committee are granted the title of "Tokushima Burger."

Each restaurant offers its unique creations, such as a juicy Awa Beef patty seasoned with a refreshing sudachi citrus salt sauce or a premium burger featuring Awa Sudachi Chicken breast paired with lotus root, lettuce, cucumber, and other locally sourced vegetables.

The Burger Contest, held quarterly in Tokushima City, draws locals and tourists alike, creating a lively atmosphere filled with diverse and creative gourmet burgers, each brimming with personality and flavor.
