Ominato Navy Croquette introduction

It is said that the Ominato Naval Croquette originated in the Meiji period based on a croquette recipe that was served to meals of former naval units deployed in present-day Ominato, Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture. The frying oil uses het (beef tallow), which gives it an appetizing and fragrant aroma, and you can taste the deep richness that cannot be obtained with lard (pork fat). We use fresh ingredients (squid, scallops, etc.) produced in Shimokita that are particular about the ingredients.
