Kojima in Kurashiki City, located at the foot of the Honshu side of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, is a town where you can enjoy abundant seafood. Among them, the octopus that grows in Shimotsui, which has a fast current, is tight and tasty, and is treated as a luxury item locally because the amount that can be caught is limited. Kojima Takoshio Yakisoba was created in collaboration with the octopus and Kojima's specialty salt. You can taste it at okonomiyaki restaurants and izakaya in the Kojima area.
