Bitchu Takahashi Indian Tomato Yakisoba
Curry-flavored yakisoba with a tomato twist

About Bitchu Takahashi Indian Tomato Yakisoba
Bitchu Takahashi Indian Tomato Yakisoba (備中高梁インディアントマト焼そば, Bicchū Takahashi Indian Tomato Yakisoba) is a local specialty of Takahashi City in Okayama Prefecture.
This unique yakisoba originated as a popular curry-flavored noodle dish called "Indian Yakisoba," which was served as a school lunch in Takahashi during the 1970s. It has since been reinvented by incorporating Takahashi’s famous locally-grown tomatoes, adding a fresh and flavorful twist.
Each restaurant uses its own methods to prepare the tomatoes, offering a variety of distinctive flavors to enjoy.
