Jindaiji soba introduction

Originally, the land was not suitable for rice production, and the abundance of water draining and spring water was suitable for making soba, so it is said that soba making in this area was established. While soba fields were gone in the 1960s, soba shops increased. Each shop has purchased soba from various places, but in the 1980s, the cultivation of Jindaiji soba was started at Jindaiji Castle Ruins. The flavor of buckwheat is an exceptional gem.
