Ishikari Nabe introduction

Ishikari-nabe is a local dish of Hokkaido that uses salmon as the main ingredient and seasoned with miso. Vegetables such as salmon and bones, and tofu, onions, cabbage, daikon, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and green onions are stewed in miso soup made from kelp. If you eat it with pepper seeds or powder at the end as an accent, it will be even deeper.
