Oishi-yaki
Rice crackers have been loved by tourists and locals for many years as a specialty of Yunoyama Onsen

About Oishi-yaki
Oishiyaki is a rice cracker with a simple flavor made by kneading the ingredients in hot spring water to make “katayaki.”
It is a handmade rice cracker that has continued since before the Meiji period, and is about 15 cm in diameter, and is said to have been carried by ninjas.
It is sold at “Oishiyaki Kirakudo” at the foot of Mt. Gozaisho Ropeway, and you can choose from 2 types when ordering: a hard one and a soft type.
